This Privacy Policy explains what information Kulswamini Paithani collects from you, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

1. Information We Collect

• Identity: Your full name and city.
• Contact: Your WhatsApp number.
• Optional personalisation: Your birthday and/or anniversary date, your preferred language (Marathi / Hindi / English), and the name of the coordinator / reference who introduced you, if any.
• Plan data: Your chosen monthly amount, payment history, receipt records.
• Payment data: Razorpay payment IDs, UPI transaction IDs, and payment-proof screenshots (where you upload them as part of manual UPI fallback).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and verify your monthly Plan payments.
• To generate and deliver receipts on WhatsApp.
• To send due-date reminders and Plan-related messages.
• To honour birthday and anniversary gestures, where you have provided those dates.
• To respond to your questions, complaints, and refund requests.

3. Where Your Data Lives

• Customer details and Plan records are stored in a private Google Sheets database operated by Kulswamini Paithani.
• Receipt PDFs are stored in a private Google Drive folder owned by Kulswamini Paithani.
• Payment data is processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant) under their privacy policy.
• WhatsApp messages are delivered through standard WhatsApp under WhatsApp's privacy policy.

4. What We Never Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your data with marketing partners.
• We do not use cookies for advertising tracking.
• We do not store your card / UPI PIN — those go straight to Razorpay.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your Plan is active and for up to 7 years after Plan completion or cancellation, to comply with Indian financial record-keeping norms. After that period we delete or anonymise the records.

6. Your Rights

• Access: You may ask us what information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
• Correction: You may ask us to correct any inaccurate information.
• Deletion: You may ask us to delete your records, subject to the retention obligations above.
• Withdrawal of consent: You may ask us to stop sending WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Security

We protect your data using access-controlled Google Workspace, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and operator-only access to administrative dashboards. We never expose your payment screenshots publicly.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
