Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment in the Kulswamini Paithani Monthly Plan. By registering for the Plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Plan

The Kulswamini Paithani Monthly Plan is a customer loyalty and savings programme that allows you to make monthly contributions over a 12-month period. At the end of the Plan, the total contributed amount plus one bonus month converts into store credit redeemable against any product (Paithani saree, blouse, accessory, or related item) sold by Kulswamini Paithani.

2. Eligibility

• You must be a resident of India and at least 18 years of age.
• You must hold a valid Indian mobile number on WhatsApp (numbers starting with 6, 7, 8 or 9).
• One Plan registration per mobile number is recommended; multiple Plans per customer are permitted on owner approval.

3. Monthly Plan Amounts

Standard Plan tiers are ₹1,000, ₹2,000, ₹3,000 and ₹5,000 per month. You may also choose a custom amount, subject to a minimum (currently ₹1,000 in production). The amount you select at registration is the amount due each month for 12 months.

4. Payment

• Payments are collected through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, net banking).
• Each monthly payment is verified by the Kulswamini Paithani team. Once verified, a digital receipt is issued via WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance and a working payment method each month.

5. Store Credit, Bonus Month, and Redemption

• On successful completion of all 12 monthly payments, your accumulated store credit equals 13 × your monthly amount — the 12 months you have paid plus one bonus month added by Kulswamini Paithani as a thank-you for completing the Plan.
• The bonus month is earned only on full completion. If you cancel before all 12 payments are made, the bonus does not apply; the refund follows our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Store credit may be redeemed at our store at Shop No. 2, Ground Floor, Kulswamini Paithani, Jivan Prakash, Senapati Bapat Marg, opposite Matunga Road Railway Station, Mahalaxmi Sindhi Colony, Matunga West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400016, or through assisted-purchase by contacting us on WhatsApp.
• Store credit is non-transferable, non-encashable, and valid for 24 months from Plan completion unless extended in writing by Kulswamini Paithani.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are detailed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. In summary: you may cancel at any time during the 12-month Plan; refunds are processed within 30 working days subject to a 5% processing fee.

7. Communication

By enrolling, you consent to receive Plan-related WhatsApp messages from Kulswamini Paithani including payment confirmations, receipts, due-date reminders, and occasional offers. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

8. Verification and Anti-Fraud

Kulswamini Paithani reserves the right to verify the identity of any participant and to refuse or cancel any Plan that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, duplicate, or in breach of these Terms.

9. Taxes

All amounts displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes (including GST, where applicable) will be confirmed in the receipt. Our GST treatment is being finalised with our Chartered Accountant; this Section will be updated when confirmed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kulswamini Paithani shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your participation in the Plan. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid into your Plan.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated to active Plan participants on WhatsApp.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
